Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Canada, subject to the restrictions in our Shipping Policy. Shipping is free with no minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated 4–9 business days in transit. The total estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Our order cutoff is 6:00 PM Eastern Time (Toronto; EST/EDT as applicable). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking information provided with your shipment notification. If you cannot find your tracking information, contact sailsatin2@gmail.com with your order number.
How do I request a return?
Contact us within 30 days after receiving your item. Items must meet the eligibility conditions and exclusions in our Return & Refund Policy. Please request approval before sending anything back; we will provide return instructions.
What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact sailsatin2@gmail.com immediately with your order number and details of the issue so we can evaluate it and help resolve it.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.
